Buying peaches- organic

What variety?

Most of the trees are early Elberta.  We have a few other varieties that we are trying as well.

Availability

Our orchard is small and young and is only beginning to produce sellable fruit. With a small, developing orchard, weather and other factors, is very difficult to predict the quantity of available fruit each season.

Peaches-  mid August to September

Buying Raspberries- not organic

We have started to grow a small raspberry patch and have a limited supply if you are interested. The raspberries are not quite organic. We grow them using organic materials and practices, but the original root stock was not organic.  The National Organic Program requires a 3 year transition from conventional to organic before they can be classified as organic.

(1 more year left)

Raspberries-  late June (small crop) & mid August to September (larger crop)
